Spring has arrived and for many of us now is the time to get out and enjoy the Welsh countryside. Wild spaces are those places which let us escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life, to recouperate and re-visit the freedom  that our natural world offers us. But these havens for us and our wildlife are always up against the pressures that we place on them - whether it be for enjoyment, agriculture or building development, this is why it is important that we do not lose these valuable often overlooked areas.

The WWLF has been created by a like minded group of committed individuals who want to see some of our most 'valuable' open spaces enhanced and protected so that both the wild world and humans alike can enjoy them in perpetuity.
